Wedding Venue Inventory

• Complete use of the club house and outdoor gardens for your Spokane Wedding.
• Abundant free parking.
• Set-up, clean-up, and maintenance of Beacon Hill provided items.

• Outdoor ceremony for Spring, Summer, and Autumn seasons at our vineyard pergola, with custom built wooden benches and wooden chairs for front row. Seating for 200 guests.

• Winter season indoor City View Room ceremony with mahogany Chiavari chairs or lower patio ceremony with white, padded, resin folding chairs. Seating for up to 150 or 120 guests, respectively.

• 350 ft. waterfall and pond water features for Spring, Summer and Autumn seasons with several gardens for guests to enjoy.

• 250 white, padded, garden chairs for outdoor use.
• 150 mahogany Chiavari chairs for indoor use throughout the clubhouse.
• 16 ft. granite bar.
• 7 custom farm tables for guest book, gifts, food displays, and head table.
• 6 - 48-inch round outdoor garden tables. Seats 4-6 each.
• 25 - 60-inch round tables. Seats 8-10 each.
• 7 - 6 ft. rectangular tables available.

Wedding Coordination

• Two planning sessions with Wedding Manager to decide layout, event timeline, catering, beverage, and service details. The initial planning session falls about four months prior to your event and the final planning session roughly 30 days prior to your event. All decisions will be finalized, except for a final headcount, during the final plassing session.

• Vendor recommendations.

• One hour guided wedding rehearsal in the early afternoon on Thursday or Friday before your event.

• Day-of-Wedding Coordinator from your arrival through cake cutting and toasts.

Event Management

• Complete set-up of Beacon Hill provided items for ceremony and reception site. Includes chairs, tables, linens,
  and place settings.

• Dedicated and professional culinary team, event staff, and bartenders to serve you and your guests.

Capacity

• Beacon Hill Events is situated on 10 privately-owned acres.
• Our club house can accommodate up to 150 guests indoors. Our gardens and lawns can accommodate up to 500 guests.
• We provide tables and chairs for up to 150 guests indoors and 250 guests outdoors. We can accommodate larger groups by renting additional items. Standard rental rates are charged.

Weather

• Our staff can help you make weather related decisions leading up to the day of the event. We can quickly transition your event from an outdoor to an indoor function utilizing our spacious clubhouse and covered patios

Beacon Hill Wedding Catering & Bar Service Information

Beacon Hill Catering is committed to providing delicious food and attentive service. Our seasoned culinary team has established the highest standards of excellence. Client feedback tells us that our creative and delicious food is unmatched in the local wedding catering and event industry. Catering minimums apply.

• All menus include china plates and silverware rolled in linen napkins.
• Dinner menus priced at $40.95 and above include formal place settings with linen napkins, silverware, and water goblets, as well as water carafes at each table.
• Buffet tables include our custom wood display boxes, candles, fresh flowers and a framed menu sign.

• An 18% production and staffing fee and 10% voluntary staff gratuity will be added to all catering and bar services. The production and staffing fee helps pay for the planning and implementation of your event and provides you with a prepared and complete catering team.

• Menu pricing is based on 75 guests or more. Please inquire for menu pricing for 35-74 guests, as well as a catering mini mum specific to your requested event date. Hors d’oeuvres and dinner selections count toward the catering minimum.

• Beacon Hill happily offers children’s pricing for up to 20 total children; 0 – 3-year-old children are free, and 4 - 11-year-old children are half-price for dinner menus only. If there are more than 20 children, additional children will be charged at the full menu price.

• Catering menus are designed to include a thoughtful selection of gluten free and vegetarian options. Customized dietary meals start at $56.95 per person.

• Iced water is available at the start of your event rental. The full beverage display is available at the start of your reception until the end of dinner service. Water and coffee are available until the end of the event.

• Complimentary Food Tasting events for booked couples are typically held in the first quarter of each calendar year, with invites going out a couple months in advance of the event date. These tasting events provide a larger sampling of menu items as well as a Beacon Hill service experience. Exceptions may apply.

Additional Services

• • Suite Services: Champagne, wine, and beer service, as well as Grazing Boxes are available for your pre-ceremony celebration. Inquire for pricing.
  • There is a per person fee to add the formal place setting with table side water service to menus priced below $40.95.
  • We are always happy to coordinate the rental of any items you may need from Event Rents to create the catering service you desire (i.e. specialty china, silverware, linen, etc.). Please note: set up and tear down fees may apply.
