These spaces include the main Event Barn, which is a versatile, white, open canvas comfortably seating up to 160 guests for dinner and making sophisticated catering setup effortless. Outdoor ceremony sites like the tranquil Willow Meadow, with its soaring trees and flowing creek, The Quail Lounge and The Cottage. The property’s design ensures a smooth flow from ceremony to celebration, greatly benefiting the catering team’s operations. And, the owner Trish and Casey are a joy to work with.

Not to brag, but we’d be foolish not to include ourselves as we put so much time, care and experience into every wedding here at Beacon Hill Catering & Events! And, afterall, we have been voted a Best Spokane Wedding Venue by Inlander Readers for many years. Our venue combines panoramic city views with versatile event spaces. Similar to Westwoods on Staley, the Greenhouse on Harvard offers a clean, white greenhouse backdrop set witin the Palouse region south of Spokane. It’s a great option for offering an open air concept for your big day with the rolling hills of the Palouse as your backdrop.
Arbor Crest Wine Cellars
Perched on a cliff overlooking the Spokane River, Arbor Crest Wine Cellars is a top choice for couples dreaming of a breathtaking outdoor wedding. This iconic venue features beautifully manicured gardens, a historic Cliff House for preparation, and a grand tented space for receptions. West Woods on Staley
We’re excited to feature a newer venue that is the creation of a past employee of ours, Kandice Curtis of By Your Side Events. Her property north of Spokane offers a clean, white barn with attached patio area and natural forest and grass surround. We’re excited about a new venue from a team with heart and experience.
Bozarth Mansion
A historic gem in Spokane, Bozarth Mansion offers a romantic setting for weddings. This 1911 Tudor-style mansion features elegant architecture, green gardens, and spacious grounds that provide an enchanting backdrop for ceremonies and receptions. Barrister Winery’s Outdoor Courtyard
We love Barrister Winery as an outdoor wedding venue option for the metropolitan couple who wants some outdoor elements for their big day, but also loves the ease and certainty of hosting most of the reception indoors. Barrister Winery’s Urban Courtyard is absolutely stunning and can be used for ceremonies, cocktail hours and evening into the evening of your reception. It offers a contained outdoor space that is fairly protected from the elements, with lush planted pots and hanging planters all around. For photos, the light in Barrister Winery’s coutyard is a literal dream.
