An Experience, Step by Step
The evening often begins with our staff welcoming your guests in to hang coats and get them settled from the chilly Spokane winter. Our foyer is cozy and elegant with a custom Christy Branson piece greeting all your guests. This is a great location for setting up goodie bags, name tags, gift displays, etc.. for your party needs.
From there, guests typically head to our Garden Room, a swanky, welcoming space for mingling. Guests can enjoy appetizers alongside a hosted selection of beer, wine, seltzers, and ciders — or even a custom signature cocktail crafted just for your event. If weather allows, as many times it does, we’ll open the fire pit or fire up the deck heaters so your team can enjoy Spokane’s crisp winter air with a warm, festive atmosphere. We’ve found the fire pit, in particular, is welcomed by guests who like to mingle, but also want a little break from the party.
From there, guests head to the City View Room, a beautiful dining room overlooking Spokane’s city lights. Whether you’re planning a casual or more formal buffet dinner, the space is ideal for celebrating together. It’s also flexible enough for year-end remarks, awards, gift exchanges or other activities that your holiday party typically includes.
After dinner, some guests may head back down to the Garden Room to keep the party going a little longer while some guest comfortably depart after dinner. The flexibility of multiple rooms gives so many opportunities to add unique layers to your event. Having the framework of your event in place, with a full production team and handcrafted catering in place, makes planning events at Beacon Hill truly joyful!
